Spain–Dominican Republic corridor

Leaving Spain and arriving in the DR, planned as one move.

A badly sequenced move can lead to dual tax residence, exit taxes or lost incentives.

We work alongside Moro Tax & Legal, our associated firm in Madrid. They handle the Spanish side (tax departure, assets, Spanish companies) and we handle the Dominican side, with a joint plan and a single timetable.

The double tax treaty between Spain and the Dominican Republic is at the centre of almost every matter we handle.
